Centrelink

Sometimes, trying to manage your Centrelink payments or understand your welfare entitlements can be stressful and confusing.

If you need help to understand your rights, are having issues with a Centrelink debt or appeal, or if you’ve been rejected for an allowance or Disability Support Pension, our Welfare Rights Service can give you the support you need.

We offer:

  • Information We can advise you about the benefits and pensions you may be entitled to.
  • Appeals assistance We can represent you in discussion with Centrelink, or if you need to appear before the Social Security Appeals Tribunal or Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
  • Referrals Depending upon the help you need, we can refer you to other welfare agencies that specialise in the area you need help with.

Our service is free, confidential and available to individuals or organisations.
